Shipping and Packaging

The bicycle will be carefully packaged in a sturdy cardboard box to ensure it arrives without any damage during shipment.
Once the bicycle is delivered, it will be partially assembled. If you choose to assemble the bicycle on your own and require assistance, we recommend referring to our assembly guide. 

Shipping
We offer shipping within Canada only! All online purchases will be shipped with Canada Post and tracking number will be provided to you. 

A flat rate shipping fee of $95 will be added to your order at checkout.

Shipping Logistics
We do not ship online orders on weekends or statutory holidays. Most online orders are processed within 48hrs of order placement. Some orders may require additional processing time due to the volume of orders being processed. If your order is delayed, we will contact you via e-mail with an estimated order ship date. 

Local Pickup (Toronto Area)
If you prefer to pick up your bike in person, select “Local Pickup” at checkout.
Once your order is placed, please allow 2–3 business days for us to prepare your bike. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this notification before arriving.
