At first i was very cautious of the website because i have never heard of them before. They had initially forgot to ship the bike but after a quick email they were able to set everything right. communicate shipping date and then sent the shipment out around the same time they said they would. package came in 3 days earlier than expected.
Building the bike wasnt super easy and including printed instructions would have assisted more than the youtube video. Some issues building were leaving the nuts on the front wheel alone, which side the chains went on. brake line installation eg where the lines went and which sides. hand brake options would be cool too, eg placing them vertical instead. Still a super light bike frame with excellent gearing speed and riding comfort!
Bike overall is good but when i was biking the ring aroind the bolt on the pedal fell off and whole pedal fell off had to walk home cause of that if yall can ship me that part it would be great pls
Ordered online but since im in GTA they delivered it fully assembled to my doorstep. I was skeptical ordering a bike from a new brand but their warranty and return policy was reassuring so i went for it. No regrets!
Purchased this ZEG beauty just last week as my daily commuter, and I am loving the paint job up close, getting a ton of compliments on the road for the gradient colour combo. I am enjoying the simplicity and quality of this bike, solid feeling and comfortable ride. Lightweight for carrying up the stairs from my apartment. The chainring is a great size for easy commutes and the brakes are grippy. Overall I am really happy for my purchase, it's been a great addition to my bike garage.
